Mercedes is currently working as a Nanny/Domestic Helper in Hong Kong for four years and caring for three children under the age of four. She is responsible for child care, housekeeping, and cooking. She loves to cook and can prepare western dishes such as chicken fajitas, beef tacos and her favorite to prepare is chicken noodles. She can also prepare Chinese dishes for you which would include shrimp noodles, soups, fried rice. She is very excited to see and feel snow when she arrives in Canada.
